Matthew Lipka

Matthew Lipka is a partner at Catalyst Wayfare, where he advises emerging technology companies in highly regulated spaces on policy strategies. Previously, he was head of policy at Nuro, a company building autonomous electric delivery vehicles, where he oversaw federal, state, and local public policy, government relations, and public affairs, as well as the company’s sustainability program.

Before  joining Nuro, Lipka led consulting teams for government and transportation clients at McKinsey and Company, worked on regulations at the White House, and served in a chief of staff role for senior leaders at the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
